My name is Brooke Simmons. I hail from New Orleans, Louisiana. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I currently work in both hospitality and as a leasing consultant and property management assistant.

This background has provided me with extensive experience in client relations, communication, marketing, organizational skills, as well as creating memorable experiences for others.

These are skills I’m excited to bring into my real estate career. After completing my real estate education, I knew I wanted to begin my career with a real estate office where I could continue learning and growing. I chose Cantu Group | The Griffin Realty because of the welcoming environment, the hands on support, the ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship, and the genuine sense of community I felt from the team.

As someone who has personally experienced relocating, I understand that finding a home is about so much more than a property. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, relocating, selling, or simply ready for a new chapter, my goal is to make the process feel comfortable, informed, and excited while being someone you can trust every step of the way.

Outside of working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, staying active, trying out new restaurants, and exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. New Orleans will always have a truly special place in my heart, but I’m excited to continue planting roots here in Washington and helping others to find a place they’re proud to call home.
