Hi there! I’m Kim Tran and I’m thrilled to be joining Cantu Group I The Griffin.
Born and raised in Shoreline and a proud University of Washington graduate with a degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering, I’ve spent my life in the Seattle area-and I’m excited to help others find their place here too.
My background in technology management has equipped to me guide people through complex processes with empathy, clarity, and a client-first mindset. That, paired with my love of design and my own my home-buying journey, inspired me to pursue real estate.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me discovering hidden gem cafes/restaurants or enjoying the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Let’s connect!
