Buyers gained more options in June, with active listings increasing 12% to 1,106. At the same time, pending sales rose 7% and closed sales increased 2%, showing that buyer activity remained healthy across Everett and the surrounding communities.
The average sales price eased 4% to $810,546, while homes continued to sell in an average of just 23 days. Sellers received an average of 99.5% of list price, indicating that accurately priced homes are still attracting serious buyers.
